1. Behavior and Coexistence

Always maintain a respectful attitude towards all players and team members.
It is strictly forbidden to ask for gifts, benefits, or unjustified advantages.
Use appropriate language. Offenses, insults, or provocations will not be tolerated.
Play with logic, common sense, and empathy: treat others as you would like to be treated.

All game-related elements (accounts, characters, inventory, progress, etc.) belong to the LeyendaConquista server.
The use of bugs, technical failures, or vulnerabilities (bugs, exploits) to gain advantages is completely prohibited. If you detect any, you must report it immediately to the administration team.
Abuse of these situations may result in severe sanctions, including banning or permanent deletion of the involved account.

You can play for free as long as you comply with the established rules.
When acquiring items or benefits through monetary contributions, you are making a voluntary donation to the server, which will be used for its maintenance and constant improvement.
Donations are not commercial purchases; therefore, they are non-refundable under any circumstances, including service suspension.
If a new server is enabled in the future, you may receive special bonuses based on your previous donations.

All DATA related to the game is property of the Server Owner (Accounts, Characters, Items, etc.).
If you found ANY ISSUE that can exploit the game (for example, free money, experience...) you are OBLIGATED to REPORT, in case of wrong use of the exploits, we reserve the right to ban the players or roll back the game data.
We allow you to play with free accounts as you wish if you respect the Game Rules and the Game Policy.
When you buy something with real money, you are doing a DONATION to the server, so we can improve the game.
In case of SERVICE CLOSE, we are NOT obligated to return you any of the money donated (via PayPal or any other service), but if we open a new server you can obtain extra rewards with your previous donation on this server.
In case of one or more RULES BREAK, we can BAN you from the service and EVEN REMOVE your account or character WITHOUT returning you the money back.
In the case of DATA LOSS, we have backups but we CAN NOT ENSURE that you get back everything, except for money donations.
Non-compliance with the rules may lead to sanctions such as temporary or permanent suspension, and in severe cases, deletion of accounts or characters, without economic compensation.
We perform regular backups but cannot guarantee full restoration of your account in case of data loss, except for the history of monetary donations.

This server is an independent project, with no relation to TQ Digital or the registered trademarks of Conquer Online.
The server code has been custom developed, without relying on official software or third-party binaries.
We are not responsible for player behavior but will take firm measures if server rules are violated.
We reserve the right to modify the rules, policies, or this legal notice at any time, without prior notice.
